Question: Dear sir

Dog was bite me before 3 years and I get only one injction anti rabbis with titnus so please help me what I do and there are too blood in leg
Dog was rabbis or not don't know
So help me what I do?

In your case you need to do nothing as dog bit you 3 years ago. No vaccine required as you don't have any risk of rabies. But remember in future if dog bites you then you must take full schedule of rabies vaccination as recommended 6 doses and not only one vaccine.

Not requires vaccine.
But don't know dog was rabbis or not and there are too blood in leg when dog was bite me.and I get one injection with titnus.

The incubation period for rabies is typically 1–3 months, but may vary from <1 week to >1 year. In your case the 3 months high risk period has passed. Only in very rare cases less than 1% the disease had manifestation after few years. If you are anxious there is no harm in taking the vaccination at 0,3,7,14, 28 and 90 days.

Yes practically you require no injections. But yes if in future if dog bites again then you will again need full post exposure prophylaxis 6 doses.
