Brief Answer:
urine and blood up to 24 hours

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Norco contains a mixture of hydrocodone and acetaminophen.

The half life of a drug is the time it takes for a medication in the body to decrease by half , this continues till it is completely eliminated. This normally takes 3 to 5 half lives.

The half life of hydrocodone is approximately 4 hours. This means that most of it should be eliminated in 12 to 20 hours

The detection time however varies slightly according to the type of testing done.
In urine , it may be detected up to 24 hours after last taking the medication

In blood, again up to 24 hours in most persons.

In hair, it can sometimes be detected up to weeks after starting the medication.

Typically most testing is with urine.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
