Question: How long will liver enzymes remain elevated after binge drinking to the point of passing out 4 times in a week?

Hi,

It somewhat depends on how high the enzymes were, but, if one abstains completely from alcohol they return to normal within two to three months.

However, if the enzymes were ever elevated, that patient should abstain from all alcohol forever to prevent any liver damage.
