Question: got this soar on my fae about 1 year ago. nothing helps really starting to bother me, hurts and itches. don't no what to do or what it is. please help.

Seen the photo and understood your concerns.
Any such a sore not getting healed up for a year needs the following:
Biopsy to confirm whether this is benign or malignant as it is present for a year.
Once properly diagnosed, further management will be as per the report.

Please give some information:
Do you have any medical problems like diabetes?
Do you get too much exposure to sun?

If you are diabetic this can be carbuncle.
