Brief Answer:
Likely to be a viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It sounds like you are experiencing gastroenteritis and a generalized viral infection with symptoms like nausea or vomiting, abdominal pain and fever.
Usually viral fevers will subside on their own within a week unless they get complicated.
Keep warm, avoid exposure to cold as this could aggravate the problem.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Eat high protein diet like cereals, pulses, chicken, lean meat, eggs.

1. You can start by eating soft, bland food: toast, bananas, crackers, plain rice, cooked carrots, boiled potatoes, baked chicken ~ no skin, etc.
2.Replace lost fluid and salts:Take broth, soup, fruit juices, soft fruits, or vegetables.
3.Avoid the following foods: Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.), Cold drinks - stick to warm tea or water as long as symptoms persist,
You can start with tylenol and an over the counter antispasmodic with proton pump inhibitor like opmeprazole for relief.

If the symptoms are not relieved , medical treatment might be needed after proper examination.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Apart from it, i also feel cold. I have taken one antibiotic namely Taxim as the pain was unbearable. Is it okay?

Brief Answer:
Feeling cold is due to weakness and fever.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Taxim helps in bacterial infections. The pain is most likely due to a viral infection. This needs good supportive therapy for relief.
Do take an over the counter anti spasmodic and anti emetic like domperidone for relief.
Hope my answer is helpful.
