Question: .Recent hospital Rx for coliform URTI with multiple antibiotica. Now persistent frequency, vulvovaginal burning with vestibular white clumps of secreta. Urine is milky whitish, no fever.

At this age, urinary tract infection is more frequent than usual.
As you suspected, yeast could be the most common cause.
If not done yet, urine sample for culture is necessary to decide the correct antibiotic and of course antifungal medicines like fluconazole is also necessary.
Please consult your GP, get examined, do the necessary tests and get the right treatment.
You possibly have PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE also- due to combined urinary and pelvic symptoms.
Also discuss with your doc if vaginal antifungal applications would help in eradicating the infection.
