Have fever, pain in bones and burping problem. Taking paracetamol and colifac. Stool test normal. Suggestion

I am burpinburping lots, I have high temperature. My bones are aching.
Faeces test cam back clear . I be had burping more than a month.. I think my high temperature is nothing to do with the burping problem I'm taking paracetamol and colifac

Burping has no relation to high temperature.
It can be due to Gastritis,carbonated drinks,H.pylori infection,gall bladdr lesions,hiatus hernia etc.
Please avoid spicy foods,carbonated drinks.
Please take Rabeprazole and Itopride tablets.
If there is no response,get an upper GI endoscopy and ultrasound abdomen.
If you come back with above test results,i will clarify further
