Have Lower Back Problem With Gastric Problem. What Treatment To Take?

Question: Hi,
This is XXXXX and am facing problem of Lower Back Pain since past 2 weeks, what treatment i should take and what is gastic problem is also responsible for Back Pain?

1. You should reduce your weight to optimum

2. Sit properly with back supported

3. You should rest for one or two weeks and take pain killers if pain is severe

4. If pain is not severe/ improves after rest, you may start back extension exercises.

5. If problem persists you may consult a physician or physiotherapist.
