EKG Strip Scanned. What Are The Findings From The Report? Any Abnormality?

Question: If i scan an EKG strip to you can you please tell me what the results are from this EKG and if they are normal or abnormal and why. I am Nurse Practitioner so in medical terms please and in lay mans terms also. I scanned in the report for you to read below. Thanks so much,XXXX

Many leads are showing prominant Q wave, along with ST segment depression .

All are indicator of Myocardial Ischemia (MI) and infarction.

Q wave represent current MI or MI occurred earlier.

Urgently cardiologist consultation is required.
