Brief Answer:
DYSLIPIDAEMIA

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your reports and here is my opinion.

It is always better to read the investigations in context of the patient.
Kindly share your presenting complaints (if any),body profile,co morbidity and state of health.
Reading investigations in isolation is not very informative.

Your Serum Protein levels(Albumin and Globulin ) are more or less in normal range.

The levels may be influenced by age, race, state of hydration, presence of dehydration(if any),infections, inflammations, liver disease, amount of protein content in last diet consumed, fever, metabolic state and chronic kidney disease.

As per your reports, you have Dyslipidaemia ,with deranged blood lipids.
Both Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels are more than normal.

High levels of triglycerides (greater than 200 mg/dl)and cholesterol (a reading of 220 mg/dL )are associated with an increased risk of atherosclerosis and therefore coronary artery disease, heart attack, heart failure, hypertension and stroke.

You should do some dietary and life style modifications like....

Have a fibrous diet, rich in green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Avoid junk food.
Avoid oily and greasy meals.
Avoid alcohol.
Maintain an ideal body weight.
Be Physically active.
Be well hydrated.

Lipid profile is repeated after 3 months in such patients.
If it continues to be abnormal, clinician evaluate the patient and at times start a drug of "Statins" group which have anti cholesterol properties.
Usually 10 to 20 mg is the starting dose(at night time).

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
