Brief Answer: If it is painful, yes Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through. Sinus pressure occurs when there is sinusitis. There is no direct correlation between sinusitis and blood pressure. However if the sinus pressure is painful then as an automatic systemic response the blood pressure will rise. Secondly certain medicines used for sinus pressure have ephedrin and this can also increase blood prsssure as an adverse drug rection. In both the cases it should be reversible with the treatment of condition and with the stoppage of the drugs. Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you. If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
