Brief Answer:
Menopause

Detailed Answer:
It is possible that you may not experience significant hot flashes/vasomotor symptoms due to menopause if the estrogen dose is adjusted to keep them in check.

This entails starting a dose determined by your doctor and increasing or decreasing the dose appropriately to see what dose prevents the hot flashes from occurring.

Estrogen is still considered the gold standard in treating menopause related hot flashes.

However, the risks and benefits of taking estrogen (with and without progesterone) need to be discussed with your healthcare provider.
The decision making can be a complex process involving thorough individual assessment
