Brief Answer:
Just relax , you can perform

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

Your concern is like of many young males. Many of men feel anxiety before marriage on this issue.

Masturbation does not cause any change in size or capacity of penis.

There is no criteria for small size of penis.Only 3 inches of penis length is sufficient in erection position to do successful sex.

You are doing masturbation since almost 15 years that is normal. You do it for your desire satisfaction, which is also normal.

In the world most of the men do the masturbation before marriage. After marriage generally most of them stopped and do occasionally when wife is in period, away from the home or when pregnant.

Masturbation and sex(intercourse )- ultimately same process physically, just the technique differs.
In masturbation person uses hand or does it with rubbing to bed while in sex same process done while penis is in vagina of partner.

Just understand the fact that masturbation is a natural process, which is done by 95% of males in the world during lifetime.

For Your Info: When any boy attains maturity at age around 14-15 there is increase in production of testosterone hormone and semen production in prostate and testis. Boys become attracted towards girls, like to see them and sexual feeling is generated. They learn to masturbate to satisfy their desire of sex. The white gel like fluid is semen which is ejaculated from penis after successful masturbation and orgasm(an exciting beautiful feeling of relief at the end of masturbation).

Masturbation has nothing to do with health until it is compulsion to do and excess in frequency. It has no bad effects on future sex life, on the contrary it helps for future sex.

Hope I have answered your query though above information but I will be happy to help further by knowing some clarification from you,"What is your size of penis in normal and during erection?, Why do you feel you will not able to perform? Have you any past experience of sex?"

Dear Dr. XXXXXXX

Thanks for your guidance and clarification.

However i have been in relationship before and whenever we get a chance to have inter course, i noticed that myself getting discharged very soon, almost always.

Additionally as you asked i have never measured though but during normal time will be around 2-3 inches and during erection it will be 5 Inches.

Also my penis is still covered with foreskin, which i feel should be broken during intercourse or during erection period.

Please suggest should i get it operated and remove the foreskin.

See below

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr.Maynak,

Thanks for info.
Initially when you start doing sex due to sensitivity as well situation and performance anxiety can cause early ejaculation. However as time passes your sensitivity threshold increases and you can perform somewhat longer. If you ejaculate so early most of the time that before your female partner reaches to orgasm then only it is premature ejaculation. So you need not worry, just keep your worries about performance aside and try to enjoy sex next time which can help you to perform better. If by chance premature ejaculation problem occurs in future, treatment is there.

Size mentioned by you is absolutely fine and sufficient to do successful intercourse and satisfy your partner.

Normally foreskin covers the glans penis(the most anterior part of penis ahead of ring). But it can be retracted behind the glans easily to perform sex.If it is not retractable or painful retraction is there then only operation(circumcision) of removing it should be done.

So just relax and all the best for your happy and romantic married life in future.
If still any doubt, you can ask.
regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Dear Dr. XXXXXXX

It is good to interact with you.

You have cleared most of my doubts, just a small query:

what if i do not wish to go for operation, will i be able to enjoy normal sex life or not?

Is it a major operation or minor, and how soon does inner skin gets normalised post operation. because whenever i tried doing it on my own i felt a pain while touching the inner skin of penis.

Best Regards

Brief Answer:
It is minor operation

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back Mr. XXXXXXX

It is minor operation. One day procedure. You will be discharged on the same day.

Touching skin of glans is sensitive and it may cause pain and for that foreskin removal is not necessary.

You can first try manially with some clean oil. Just take oil and gradually massage ovet glans beneath foreskin and try to retract gradually. Normally you can retract fully behind the glans in a month. If after this also you can not retract ,operation is the best method. It is quite safe and normal procedure.
In either case, you will be able to enjoy sex life normally.

From your narration I guess you do not need operation, but for confirmation physical examination needed.
If you get my point, no need to consult doctor.
If still confused, take opinion of general surgeon.
Hope you are clear now.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
