I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that there are no interactions between the drugs that you are taking actually. So, it is safe to take them concomitantly.

I would just recommend checking your kidney and liver function tests periodically (every 6-12 months).

I would also like to explain that Xanax is recommended just for a short period of time (a couple of weeks), because it is a benzodiazepine, which can cause addiction and tolerance as common adverse effects.

For a better management of anxiety, I would recommend starting an antidepressant, which are more suitable for long term treatment of anxiety or depression, compared to Xanax.

Recreational sports and being active, can also help manage your anxiety and high blood pressure in a natural way.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal whenever you have any other questions!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
