Correct medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Trapic is tranexemic acid which is given to reduce the flow during periods by its therapeutic action. It is highly effective in reducing the flow and is the correct treatment while waiting for D & C .

Brief Answer:
Diagnosis should be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, D & C is mandatory in your case as the cause for heavy bleeding with thick endometrial lining can be:
1. endometrial hyperplasia
2. dysfunctional uterine bleeding
3. endometrial carcinoma.
The diagnosis needs to be confirmed before proceeding on to further management, as each of these have different management strategies.
Ablation or hysterectomy is done based on the diagnosis.
D & C will also relieve your bleeding, but only in this cycle.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
