It seems from the history that you are having symptoms of weakness and straining of the eyes following treatment with omeprazole and prednisolone.

Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor and is used for treatment of gastritis or peptic ulcer. It is known to cause tiredness of muscles but tiredness of only eyes is not seen as a side effect. It can be seen as a part of other side effects like muscle spasms, difficulty in breathing, dizziness...

Prednisolone is a steroid and is used for treatment for inflammations and it is also known to cause systemic side effects like muscle cramps, tiredness, weakness...
