Question: If I use dronis 20 , will I gain weight ? , I am 28 yrs old married 6month baby, my weights 85kg hight 5.2" , plz suggest me?should I use miliana

Dronis or miliana, both will increase your weight further. Since you are obese I want you to avoid any pills for contraception.

Hence I suggest you opt for intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD) instead of pills.

IUD are safe and inserted once which are long lasting. These does not increase weight and give good contraceptive cover.
