Can Working Out Before A Blood Test Affect The Results?

Question: I am going in tomorrow for some blood work,Well it hurt my results if I work out the day before.?

Most of the results will not be affected if you work out the day before.
But the enzymes AST(SGOT and ALT (SGPT) which are done as part of liver panel may raise if you work out.
