Brief Answer:

Lower the dose of levothyroxine.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The thyroid hormone level is suggesting for overdosage of levothyroxine, I do agree with your physician, you should lower the dose.

Sed rate, or erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), is a blood test that can reveal inflammatory activity in your body.

A sed rate test isn't a stand-alone diagnostic tool, but it can help your doctor diagnose or monitor the progress of the inflammatory disease.

A clinical examination and other biochemical tests would be of help to try to find the cause of why it is high.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
