procto-colitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Shingles can not cause the problems that you have rently developed namely the fullness around anus, mucus, blood in stool, urge to pass stool may most probably be due to severe colitis.
I would advise you to consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination, investigations of stool and blood and reference to a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation and proper management.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
