Upload reports, get investigated in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Peripheral neuropathy at this age requires extensive evaluation and investigation.
Nerve conduction study give idea about type of neuropathy.
Common investigation are blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, renal function test, liver function test, myeloma proteins.
Any history of toxin or drug exposure?
The treatment is correcting the cause.
Other medications are supportive to decrease the pain and abnormal sensation.
Medications like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitryptiline can be used.
Radio-frequency ablation is procedure to destruct the small and large sensation carrying fibers of nerve by heat coagulation.
It should be tried once all medication are not effective in adequate doses.
It will not help in recovery of motor weakness but sensory symptoms will improve.
Provide more clinical details and investigation with previous prescription for more assessment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
