It is not true that the pressure of flying could rupture your brain vessels.

This is because of two reasons:

Firstly, the pressure inside an aircraft cabin is maintained within normal limits.

Secondly, the blood vessel rupture does not happen because of pressure. The rupture occurs either due to high blood pressure or a disease of vessel wall, making it weak.

So, there is no fear of vessel rupture when you fly.
