Brief Answer: You can take Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for the query. According to your test results, you are negative for Rubella. But as IgG levels are below 10 IU/ml, it indicates you are not immune for Rubella. So, better to go for Rubella vaccination. After taking vaccination, you have to avoid pregnancy for at least 3 months. As both of your karyotypings are normal, chromosomal abnormalities may not repeat in next pregnancy. Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the answer, please give your review at the end of the discussion. Take care.

Brief Answer: Depends on symptoms and severity Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Treatment of poly cystic ovary syndrome depends on factors like menstrual history of the patient, parity etc. If your menstrual cycles are regular, usually treatment with insulin sensitizer is enough. In case of menstrual irregularities, anovulation etc, you may need hormonal pills and ovulation induction drugs along with insulin sensitizers. Maintaining ideal weight for height, physical exercise, nutritious diet are also important. Take care.
