Question: I have comjested heart failure. I am attempting to walk steps(10). can I continue this?

Providing you are not becoming very short of breath or suffering any chest pain, then it is safe for you to walk 10 steps on the flat. Make sure you take all your prescribed medications. If you feel unwell then take if slowly and rest when needed. a modest amount of exercise is good even if you have heart failure.
