I want you to know that antidepressants can no way affect pregnancy tests as the test measures the HCG levels and there is no way possible for antidepressants and HCG to interact. They both secreted from the body through urine but there is no competition or interaction between the two to affect the tests.Nutshell,
Big NO.No You can be just as pregnant on antidepressants as off them, and the test will be just as positive.
