Brief Answer:
Yes, it is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please mention which numbers were rised and how high the numbers are?

General large pancreas mass or mass which obstructs bile ducts can easily cause liver enzymes elevation. But for sure other symptoms like abdominal pain are also usually present as well as nausea, vomiting, jaundice.

If you have only slightly elevated liver enzymes, the reason can be very trivial like alcohol intake or even bad diet.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Your liver enzymes are slightly elevated.

Detailed Answer:
Your liver enzymes are only slightly elevated. This is rather nothing serious if its about the liver and most likely it has nothing to do with a finding in the pancreas.
We see such liver enzymes in case of fatty liver or like I have mentioned before bad diet (fatty foods, fried foods, spicy foods). Obese patients tend to have such numbers as well.
