Brief Answer:
Phenargan should be avoided

Detailed Answer:
Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic

As per my opinion the dose of Zopiclone you are taking is very high. Taking phenargan with this drug will result in serious side effect or sedation. This may cause fall or injury.

Phenargan should be avoided completely in elderly. Side effects of this drug get potentiated in elderly.

Now as you have serious sleep problem not responding to high dose of Zopiclone you can discuss with your psychiatrist to add some other drug.

One option is benzodiazepines like Clonazepam. But high doses of this drug should be avoided in elderly. Use of both drug will help in sleep. Consult with your psychiatrist for that drug.

Other option is to add some antidepressant drug with good sedation in your prescription. Mirtazepine can be one good option. The drug induces sleep and can result in sleep without increasing risk of fall or memory impairment. Consult your psychiatrist for that.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
