Brief Answer:
Vannair contains Budesonide plus formeterol--steroid plus long acting

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
Vannair contains Budesonide plus formeterol--steroid plus long acting bronchodilator. It is meant to be used to prevent attacks.
Ventilin and albuterol are short acting bronchodilator plus expectorant and meant for immediate effect.
So both are not substitutes, and vannair cannot replace ventilin and albuterol.
