Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
To the best of my knowledge of published medical literature, there is no known direct interaction between synthroid 75 mcg in the morning and 5 mg melatonin at bedtime.

One just needs to be certain that too much of synthroid is not being taken inadvertently. Taking more synthroid than the body needs can cause sleeplessness among other problems. And because melatonin aids sleep, taking excessive synthroid doses can offset the beneficial impact of melatonin on sleep.

The easiest way to determine if you are taking more synthroid than your body needs is to look at the blood test results for TSH and Free T4. Ask an endocrinologist to interpret this for you if there is any doubt.
