Can Mirtazapine And Nortriptyline Be Taken Together?

Question: Can you take 15 mg. of mirtazapine and 25 mg. of nortriptyline at the same time. I
am having stomach aches all day and they let up in the evening but then start all over
in the morning.

The both medicine can be taken at a same time but ideally it should not be done. I mean to say that there is no harm taking them at same time but unfortunately there is no benefit in majority of cases except a case of resistant depression or anxiety.
