I would suggest you to first rule out other possible causes for the delay in your periods as this being the first time for the delay.
- Rule out any chance of pregnancy if possible. If you had a recent sexual intercourse, I would suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test done.
- if any exposure to undue stress, it could alter your cycles
- check for any hormonal abnormalities like thyroid levels, PCOD.

Since its just been a few days delay it would be for your best to wait for a while and to look out for it.
Mensovit Plus capsule is a herbal preparation which can be used as a contraception and also to regularize the periods. But in my opinion, using this pill will not solve the cause and when you discontinue it, it might get worse. Also it has been reported to have a wide range of possible side effects.

I would recommend you to take Tab. Deviry(medroxyprogesterone) 10mg once daily for 5 days and then you can expect your periods within 3-4 days. This you can do after ruling out other possible causes.

If your urine pregnancy test becomes positive, the decision to continue it or not will solely depend on you and your husbands decision.
If planning for abortion, I would suggest you to consult with a OBGYN specialist doctor in your area and get a proper examination. The doctor will prescribe you medication for medical abortion. These medications are to be taken under medical supervision.

The medicine that you suggested (Mensovit Plus) will only work as a contraception, but wont act if already pregnant. The medicine I suggested is a hormone which will not act as an abortifacient. You will be prescribe with medicine ( Mifepristone and misoprostol), either as vaginal suppository or oral or both. But like I said earlier, these can be taken only under medical supervision.

Just so to make it clear,
- Tab. Deviry (which I prescribed for you) is to be taken to regularize your periods, once you are found not to be pregnant.
- Mensovit plus can be taken, but personally, I would not advice that.

Blood Hcg test is done to confirm your pregnancy. Hcg levels are looked for in your blood sample to know if you are pregnant or not. It takes a few more days for Hcg to get filtered and reach the urine. Only then a urine pregnancy test will show positive.

So, I advised you for a blood Hcg test so that you confirm soon enough if you are pregnant or not.
