Can MePrate Be Used To Increase Progesterone?
Question: Can MePrate 10 mg be used to increase progesterone in my case where Estradial to progesterone ratio is around 780:1 ? Will is worsen my estrogen dominance ? Bloodwork: Prolactin 31.80 ng/ml, Estradial E2 157.00 pg/ml, progesterone 0.2 ng/ml, Also have hypothyroidism 50 mcg Eltroxin, Stress is there

The progesterone preparations given are natural micronised progesterone like susten, gestin, lupigest etc.
Progesterone supplementation is given cyclically and it will not worsen your estrogen predominance.

Thank you very much for your reply. I am not trying to conceive.
So this MePrate won't increase my progesterone ?
The purpose it is given is to reduce estrogen dominance.
Should I go for natural ones if MePrate won't increase progesterone ? If so , will the natural ones worsen estrogen dominance.
I had heavy bleeding in last two periods and having breast tenderness.
I think Meprate causing headache.
I also read somewhere that prolactin is also a measurement for estrogen dominance as it indicates estrogen presence in tissues cells etc. mine has come quite high. Read normal is upto 12..
The readings were taken about 4 days after period

Prolactin levels are borderline increased.
If your periods are delayed or irregular, then treatment to reduce prolactin is advised.
Cabergoline is given for reducing the prolactin levels.
Meprate is not given in fertility treatment.
Please elaborate how regular is your menstrual cycle, so I can suggest you further.

Yes my periods haa be been irregular. Last two periods especially were quite close with heavy bleeding cramping.
