Brief Answer:
Decreasing levels of IgG - yes for pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
Rubella IgG levels if raised with normal IgM levels is clearly suggestive of past infection but your body has tide over it or not can only be tested by serial levels of IgG.
Can you please send me the consecutive levels of IgG so that I can tell you the exact inference from that.
If the levels have decreased despite being in positive range then you can plan pregnancy. Otherwise take medicine for another 3 months and get the test repeated.
I hope I have answered your question but in case you have any other query I will be happy to help.

I had completed 6 month rovamycin course at end of April month. I have done blood test at that time. as per 1 may 2014 report :
Rbella IgM- 0.657…non reactive…
Rubella IgG ….6.95…….Reactive……
Toxo IgM…….0.341……non-reactive
Toxo IgG……..0.126……..non _reactive

after that test doctor suggest me take rovamycin for 3 week more and after that I have got done aother test just 2 day before report is simmiler but Rubella IgG ....4.25 right now.

As per doctor suggestion, I am taking precaution for pregnancy. doctor suggseted me to avoid pregnancy.

But now I want to Plan it....so it will be possible for me. And why doctor suggest me to avoid pregnancy ?

Brief Answer:
avoid pregnancy for 3 months

Detailed Answer:
Yes your doctor is right in stopping you from planning pregnancy.
The trend of rising or declining levels of antibodies is judged over 3 months at least.
So don't panic because rubella is a very serious infection and affects baby most out of all virus infections and once you plan pregnancy your mind should be free from tensions related to virus affecting your baby.
Wish you the best of health and may god bless you with a healthy baby soon.

Brief Answer:
plan pregnancy after 3 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Apologies if my previous statements were unclear. I will still say you can plan pregnancy after 3 months which is the protocol. In my first discussion I said yes for pregnancy when there is declining IgG trends and asked for reports with dates for exact inference.

Now as per the reports you sent, you don't need medicine as you have completed the course of rovamycin; but still an interval of 3 months after completion of treatment ensures complete remission. This 3 months wait is to ensure we don't risk your baby to unwanted complications which are very common with infection.

I advice you 3 months of contraception and then plan for pregnancy whole heatedly.

Hope it is clear.
Take care.
