Question: a friend of mine touched my open cut with his finger i looked at his finger and the skin is intact on his skin finger that touched my open cut so i am hiv hep b,c risk free?

There is no risk for HIV, Hepatitis b/c. Your open skin cut has to come in direct contact with another person's fresh body fluids for transmission of these viruses. It will not be transmitted through environmental surfaces

i used a soap bottle that was open i washed my hands than i picked my nose since roaches might go to the soap any hiv hep b ,c risk since i picked my nose and the soap bottle was open and roaches my croll in to the bottle
