Brief Answer:
possible interactions may or may not occur

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are possible interactions that may or may not occur.

Not all persons may experience side effects or drug interactions.

(1)buspar and duloxetine may interact. Both of these medications increase the levels of serotonin in the body. If the levels of serotonin rise too high then this can lead to serotonin syndrome in some persons.
This does not occur in all persons. It can be associated with tremors, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, confusion, agitation, risk of seizure

(2)One of the components of maalox , the aluminum hydroxide , prevents the absorption of crestor thereby decreasing its levels. Two hours should be between use of these meds.

(3)nexium can sometimes decrease the level or effect of duloxetine

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
