I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is true that Cialis could adversely affect blood pressure values. Some reports have shown cases of clinical hypotension, but hypertension has been revealed in other individuals (1-3% of cases).

So, despite their pharmacological synergism (Cialis may increase the effects of Losartan), Cialis has no scientifically proven medical indications for treating hypertension.

Coming to this point, I would conclude that Cialis should not be used to treat high blood pressure and also, it should be used with caution when taken concomitantly with Losartan (an appropriate rationale stategy would be to reduce the dose of Losartan when considering their concomitant use).

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
