Brief Answer:
Stop cephalexin, you can try betahistine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although cephalexin is usually fairly well tolerated, it seems that is caused vertigo to you. You should stop it and change to another drug. Trying some betahistine might help, but I would recommend waiting for a few hours because 90% of cephalexin is excreted after 6 hours or so. This means that the symptoms are supposed to get better as time goes by, without any intervention.
Of course, it is also possible that your symptoms have nothing to do with the drug itself. If the symptoms persist then I suggest you contact an ear-nose-throat specialist (ENT) for a clinical encounter. There are things that can be revealed during the encounter that cannot be evaluated without your physical presence.
I hope I've helped!

Kind Regards!
