Brief Answer:
Yes it's safe to take Acitrom...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX!
I am not able to see your attachment.

Yes it's safe to take Acitrom 1 mg together with Ecospirin 150 mg as long as the prothrombin time, INR and platelet count are within the wanted range.

It is essential for your father to have a lower prothrombin time than normal which is accompanied with an INR between 2-3 (this is the wanted range). It's recommended that prothrombin time and INR should monitored closely every 3-6 weeks in order to keep it in this range.
1. If INR is <1.9 than the dose should be increased
2. If INR is > 3.1 than dose should be dicreased.
3. If INR is between 2-3 than he should continue with the previous dose.
I suggest you follow your doctor's instructions.

Moreover I also recommend monitoring platelet count every three months, in order to deal with trombocitopenia (lowering of platelet count) in time.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you and your father health!
