Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer or Pancreatitis in my opinion

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Ratnakar Kini and I am pleased to assist you.

Pain above the belly button could be due to like upper GI endoscopy and serum amylase and lipase may be done to find the cause

Since you have other symptoms also, I would like to know some more information before I can given my opinion.

1. How long have you been having these symptoms?
2. How long do you have the urge to defecate after food?
3. Do you have loose stools?
4. What are the tests done so far?

Kindly get back to me with these information and I would give my opinion.
