Brief Answer:
yes,you can take Ibuprofen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

There are no major interactions between Sertraline and Ibuprofen or Naproxen (Aleve) ,so you can use these drugs together. There is a moderate interaction between them because they both can increase the risk of bleeding ,although this risk is low in healthy people (no kidney or liver disease). This means that this combination is not optimal, but there is no contraindication to use them together. So on occasional basis you can use Ibuprofen for pain.
Acetaminophen (Paracetamol ) doesn't have this effect ,so it would be another choice for pain ,fever etc.

Let me know if you have any question.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
