No itching lower leg is swollen compared to other . Not pain full but sore

Swelling, redness and the fact that it is sore suggests that this could be a cellulitis/ soft tissue infection.
I would suggest a course of an Oral antibiotic e.g amoxicillin 500mg or cephalexin 500mg, thrice daily, for a week.
