Brief Answer:
Observe only at this time and report your blood pressure reading!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will suggest that you observe only. There is no sign that raises a red flag for a possible concerning condition such as a stroke or heart attack here. I will say observe your vision, muscle power and sensation. As long as all that is good with no other symptom, be relaxed. In addition, measure your blood pressure and communicate the findings to me. This will allow me to see if it needs further attention or not.

In all, I will suggest that you monitor only and control your blood pressure. Bed rest as well is recommended.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
