Are Fatigue, Delayed Menstruation And Abdomen Pain Signs Of Pregnancy?

default
Posted on Fri, 30 Sep 2016
Question: So, quick question. I am now a week and a half late for my period. I always keep track of my period on a calendar so that I always know when its going to be. I've always been a 4 week person and always been very regular. I also noticed an increase of clear, odorless discharge, a slight sharp pain in my right side, and increased fatigue. My first thought was pregnancy, but I took a test today and it was negative. I was just wondering what else could cause that.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to hormonal changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The delay in periods can be caused by stress, anxiety, mild hormonal variation, anemia, etc. Since the pregnancy has been ruled out it is best to take hormonal tablets after consulting your gynecologist to get a withdrawal bleeding.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
