Brief Answer:
Requires attention

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Judging by your description of not being able to move one side, particularly if involving both left limbs, that episode could well have been a TIA. The dizziness and the sweating are less specific, can be due to many other causes, but such weakness only on one side, subsiding in less than a hour fulfills the criteria for a TIA.

While you may feel well now, a TIA deserves the same attention as a proper stroke. Immediate steps should be taken to try and identify the cause (heart arrhythmia, atherosclerotic plaques being the most common) and prevent a stroke with more serious consequences from happening in the future.

So you should be seen in the ER,in order to be admitted for some tests, starting from simple one like brain imaging, EKG, imaging of neck vessels and some blood tests. Depending on results other tests may follow. A blood thinner should be started usually aspirin or if a heart origin is suspected an anticoagulant.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
