Brief Answer:
Xanax 1 mg but should not overshoot total 2mg of xanax

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I have gone through the details provided in query and understand your concerns.

I will recommend you to take one mg of xanax for time being to control current episode of panic attack.

I must warn you that you should not cross 2 mg of xanax limit in 24 hours as it may have deleterious effects.

As per my previous observations I feel you are developing these panic attacks due to some other condition and they are not true panic attacks.

It will be appropriate if you can get yourself treated without delay.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
