ELISA TEST RESULT SHOWS

My wife had a high fever for the last twelve days and it increases above 102degress after six to eight hours and it reduces after taking Paracetamol650. Doctor primarily given Cefriaxone antibiotic for ten days but when the fever doesn t reduce he recommended ELISA TEST FOR IgG & IgM. The test result shows IgG value for 250 SERO UNITS and igM value for 1.0 which both shows positive but now the fever has gone for the last four days. If it needs any concern from the positive test result of igG and IgM?
