how to overcome abnormal EKG ?

I am a 33 year old male with low cholestrol and low blood pressure . I run 2 to 3 miles every day and lift weights five days a week. Five years ago I had an anxiety attack and I was sent home with a holter monitor. Upon review of the monitor the doctor told me that there was nothing abnormal except that I had periods of a slow heartbeat. Three weeks ago I switched to a new doctor and she requested my medical charts. She reviewed my holter monitor readings and discovered small Q waves. She had me come in for another EKG and the resultls were the same as the EKG from 5 years ago. She has ordered an echocardiogram and i m still awaiting the procedure. She stated that it s most likely nothing because the EKG has not changed in a 5 year span. She never really gave me an explanation as to what this could mean, so i m seeking some more information. I get really anxious about my health, so i ve been feeling really stressed through this. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Good Day
In a case of Acute coronary syndrome, wide and deep Q waves usually signify a myocardial infarction or a heart attack which may have occurred recently. You need to probably get a Stress ECG and/or angiography as per your Doctor's advice. There are many other causes but this is a common cause of the finding.
