Welcome to Healthcare magic forum,

Avoid riding two wheeler.
Dont lift heavy weight.
Sleep on hard mattress and on ur back and side, dont sleep in ur abdomen since the muscles will get more strained.
Avoid sudden bending and turning.
Take hot fomentation daily twice.
Sit in a proper potion, dont hunch back when u sit.

First get yourself evaluated by a Doctor for any serious underlying cause for your backache. If there is none then you will have to take preventive measures at work, as your work seems to make you stand for long, which can cause this backache. Try to avoid standing idol for long. Always keep moving your feet, fold you knees now & then, raise your heels often, bend your hips, do some stretches etc..
