My one year old just got a fever its at 99.7 . I gave him tylenol droppers its down now to 98.6. Just wed his sis was diagnosed with the flu . I want to take him to the er but is it necessary ?

You can continue the same for 1 or 2 days, this can be viral infection. If the fever does not subside you can consult a child specialist.
