Yellow Discharge After Taking Antibiotics During Pregnancy For Period Pains. Will It Harm Baby?

Hi i'm five weeks pregnant last month i had period pains so when i went to the clinic i was given anti biotics to clean the bacteria in my womb,that's what the nurse told me.when taking the treatment i've been having a yellow discharge and its very thick it comes out in a form of wet tissues. Can this harm my baby and I?

It depends on the type of drug you had consumed and pregnancy month to check if it can cause any congenital anomaly, but the finding of yellow discharge per vagina is not normal and needs to be investigated further by means of blood test, microscopic examination of discharge and ultrasonography scan.

You are advised to visit to nearby gynecologist after your blood and USG results.
